Robin Lawler. A quiet player who always gave everything. I think Robin lived near Craven Cottage in later life also.   :54:

We are going a long way back but Robin was a class player and an Irish international I believe. His brother while not as good could do a job at left back and if my memory serves me right he scored with a header from the half way line.

Ended up playing for Yiewsley as did another of our players Trevor Watson. Jim Langley started his career there too.

Holders

Lewis Holtby. He wasn't unrecognised at the time but didn't get long enough in a Fulham shirt and could have been big for us.

Ian Selley was also said to have great potential but broke his leg in perhaps his second game and that was that.
