When Roy came in he improved players beyond recognition. Ie Chris Baird.  Mr Silva seems to be improving all our squad and making them enjoy their football, especially Kebano and Seri. Do we have another Roy?

I don't think you can make a direct comparrison. Everyone knows it's the 'best' squad. He has changed the tactics, system etc. They play with freedom, unlike Parker's ridged 'Parkerball'.

Historically, Silva's teams always perform well in August and September before a steep drop off.

Let's see how he does over a longer sample before even daring to compare him to Sir Roy

Best indicator for me is the reaction of the team when a goal is scored. A happy team celebrate together, with joy. Seems to be the case at the moment.
