Will be our sternest test. Both of us on 3-1-0. Hopefully our injuries aren't too bad...and Wilson's final game out. If this stoke squad is anything like their historical composition, they'll be lacking skill but be bruisers and the referees seem to be letting it all go.
Someone once asked me, "Why Fulham?".
My response, "Well, lad, you just haven't seen the light yet"

Somerset Fulham

I almost hope that they are bruisers.  So far we've played three sides that have approached us that way, and we've stood up to all of them.

They look good for the top-6 and so will be a stern test. I would anticipate at least 75 free kicks and a few yellows, they're not quite Pulis-era filthy, but certainly very direct/physical

I'm looking forward to it.  I think Ream will be out but in Mawson we have great cover. Tete should be back and if Reed can make the bench that would be a bonus.

I doubt Tete will be back if it is muscular as Silva says, more likely Ream and Carv to be back

Not really, today we accumulated three injuries. Our squad is approaching half injured - not exactly what is good/healthy or ideal for things moving forward.

I'm not sure that you can attribute any of these injuries to other sides being too physical with us though.  So far, this group of players has proven that not only are they a good side, but they are also a hard side that can cope with the sh!thousery that this division slings at us.

If other clubs think thats the way to beat this lot, then let them try. Most of the time (in my eyes) it won't work.

That's what I wanted to hear. Wasn't sure if it was a three game ban in the specific competition -  not just three games period.

I thought he played for Fulham !

Fernhurst

Only seen a tiny glimpse of Stoke, but in that snatch they looked far from cloggers. Very nice sharp passing move to set up their goal.
Hope they are cloggers actually because we have already proved we can beat those sort of teams.
Settle for 1-0 though.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

Stoke manager, Michael O'Neill is under rated and very different to the Pulis types of this world as is the style of the current Stoke side. Worked miracles with an under resourced N. Ireland national team. We have the better players but if we underestimate Stoke O'Neill is quite capable of springing a surprise result.
