Crowd seem a bit flat. I have a theory

Especially sad as other grounds (like Brentford) are rocking at the moment. As has been said, not helped by arses being particularly rude and reporting to stewards when a fan has the audacity to stand up when there is an exciting attack on.

You only have to read some of the comments on here to see why the atmosphere can be flat. We've had posters that have been apocalyptic with disgust at fans booing, literally couldn't make it up. Thank god for H5

i hate the posts that want to change things radically from what we are and have,
BUT
people came in very late which does not help, the sound system before the game is so loud you cannot speak to the person next to you so not good for getting anything going and we have three sides to the stadium which also does not help.

it was a bit flat last night but sometimes it is. away fans are always more boisterous and remeber we will stay here, they have to go home for their sins.

The TV picks up the away fans so well.  Couldn't hear them at all last night at the back of the Hammersmith End.  Could see the Johnny Haynes trying to make some noise.
