Mardi Gras is going to be the craziest ever

The Missus attended school in NO.  Loyola, I believe they call it.

She wants to go sometime; show me her old "stomping-grounds."  Unfortunately I think we'll have to put it off till next year.  Agree, it will be quite some party this year!

CCD, I was down there once a week before it and had a blast but New Orleans is always party I can only imagine what it must be like during mardi gras......

Never made it for Mardi Gras, but I did spend a New Year's Eve in the French Quarter. I've read lots of fiction that never came close to being as stunning as what I saw and heard and participated in that evening.

I would love to make it down for this mardi gras, with the saints winning it going to be crazier than usual. but from stories i have heard, the whole city may need fema's rubbish relief more after this than they did after katrina, the whole french quarter may burn down.
