Always remember the day Coventry won cup in 1987,the glee on John's face when he danced round Wembley with the trophy,in the days when the Worlds best Cup competition was held in high esteem.

RIP Peter always will be remembered as a good bloke.
I think I can remember him playing..... Solid fullback I think.

Condolences to all his family and friends.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

RIP John.

Will never forget Keith Houchen's headed goal in that final.

I remember Peter as a player, too, and John as a manager in those famous scenes of unmitigated joy at winning the |Cup - nothing blasé  there!

RIP

Fernhurst

Deepest apologies, should not have made that mistake.
The atmosphere's fresh and the debate lively.

Man Utd destroyed the FA Cup as it was when they pulled out to play in that 'FIFA (slide an envelope) world club championships'!
