The system for Academy's needs sorting out so the likes of us and the lower league clubs get fair compensation. I believe there may be a rule change coming from Fifa re the amount of players any one club can hold at a time, but I could be wrong.

As for Cav, keep him until the end of the season whether we lose  him or not hopefully we will be in the Prem again anyway.
