Rodak is ok but overrated because he comes from our academy. He's let in a lot of saveable goals in 2022 alone that would've seen Gazza completely villified on here if it was him that had conceded them. Areola is a far, far superior keeper from a shot stopping perspective and distribution

People have short memories. Areola was excellent for us. It doesn't seem to be working at West Ham for whatever reason, but we would be incredibly privileged if we got the chance to re-sign him at some point.

Kiddy had planned their set piece well, they ensured the keeper was not going to get close to the ball. While he had a very good season for us I was always worried how he resorted to punching rather than catching.

Like he did on occasions last season....Dont see the attraction some see him in.

I think most people would agree he'd be an excellent signing and if he's available he has to be right up there with our first priorities. Rodak just doesn't seem quite Premier League level, though he'd be a very capable deputy.

yes he should have got a card , it goes on I know but being the age I am , it never happened when I first started going . It despicable . Why don't the FA deal with it after the event . For me - a severe fine and a month ban might make him think about cheating next time.
