I was watching MOTD and thought that surely there were two people clearly offside for WHU's second goal. Were they played on or something? Why was it allowed to stand?

Thought the same pass was forward other West Ham player in box a mile off not mentioned at the time

No VAR available I guess as played at a non-Premiership ground!
I agree that at least one player appeared to be 'interfering' - maybe would not have stood if played at Spam's rentaground?

They should either have, or not have var in cup games. It's wrong that certain games have it and others don't.
