Dijksteel is the most interesting bit of the game

Boro can't seem to kick the ball in front of the Spurs' goal without scuffing it or spooning it.

Spurs were poor and a number were not worth the start. Surprisingly Son  was one of those who is normally pretty reliable.

.....then "laces through the ball" just once won the tie!

With Boro having to fit another game in along with either Forest or Huddersfield having to do the same, looking at the table tonight I'm struggling to see where the challenge to the top two is going to come from,
Fulham and Bournemouth could literally go up by default.

I thought Boro played  well, stifled Spurs attack, whiele mounting a good attacking threat themselves, although not looking likely to score, with so many miss- hit shots, until they did score  great goal.

I thought Sess played well, especially in the first  half - though Spurs were generally better then.
Good that he got another start though.

Pleased for the young lad who scored the goal. He was told you aint no good son by Sunderland so was let go then Boro gave him a chance. I like Chris Wilder.  :54:
