They seem to be about to sign Tarkowski on 100k a week and winks for 18million. I would have thought they were at least close to a transfer embargo. Spending loads of money with no plan sound familiar

Its ridiculous really. They all but abused the rules last season, and are doing the exact same now with signings like this on ridiculous money. At some point they either scrap FFP or make an example of someone as lines have been drawn and crossed now.
