Played a horrible pass because of which we lost the ball in the dangerous area in the first place. Then did almost nothing to try and stop it.

Leno and Duffy are the main culprits, but Tosin played a part too imo.

We don't have to do much to concede penalties these days. Other teams seem to be able to catch the ball and run with it and not get penalised
