I'm happy to be corrected but I'm sure I read somewhere that the Riverside Stand lower tier that opened this season has a capacity of 1,000 seats.

Anyone recall the capacity of the Upper Tier once it opens?

If the Lower Tier figure is accurate and the attendance was 25k, that means the capacity last season was 24k but we never got anywhere near that.

What am I missing?

Hmmmm ... if the lower tier capacity is 2k that still means last season's capacity would have been 23k if the attendance against Liverpool was 25k.

I don't remember an attendance over 20k at home last season, however. Luton was 19 thousand and something IIRC

Liverpool was no where near 25000.Still by my figures got another 5500 to go into the New stand when open

The capacity once the new stand fully opens will be 29,600 I understand.

If the top tier holds 5,500 that makes CC's capacity this season 24,100.
