Nice to be given a chance, they must be hoping to find this seasons Steve Cooper.

It's not just 5 games, he's been there some time.

bog

He has been there for over two seasons. Sean Dyce on the way?

Dyche has knocked it back.

Barton is currently well in the running, which is pretty disgusting.

Pullis incoming
Have you noticed though that all the manager's names that used to be put forward for vacancies no longer are, Pulis, Big Sam, Pardew...I think their era has well and truly passed!

Not surprised. A PL job awaits him in a few months.
Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Yes I agree, he did so well at Burnley with a very limited budget over a number of years.  I think they should have stuck with him tbh...

It seems a bit like shooting yourself in the foot just 5 games in as well as just before the transfer window is about to close

humussapiens

That's unfortunate as he was about to decide whether they sign Kongolo or not... He's training with them.

Alex Neil leaving Sunderland after 25 games to go manage there. NOt wat they would have wanted but thats a great opportunity for someone.

Think he just had a rolling contract at Sunderland.
You'd have thought they'd try and keep him taking them up
from League 1,and started well in Championship.

there was an agreement in his contract that allowed him to speak to other clubs if they enquired about him.

Wonder how it'll go for Sunderland now, started brightly.

Tony Mowbray about to be unveiled as the new Sunderland manager apparently... Forgot about him in my earlier list. I wouldn't be happy if I was a Sunderland fan tbh...

And apparently Neil not happy with the lack of transfer activity..

Depends if Boscombe gets him in before or after they get relegated this season, I guess!  :005:
Logical is just in the name - don't expect it has anything to do with my thought process, because I AM the man who sold the world.
