What's our definition of a legend?

Difficult although there are the obvious legends like Rooke, Haynes, Jezzard, Cohen, Ivor etc. I would think 100 goals puts you in that class so no doubt Mitro has full legend status.
Then there are the Cottage favourites like McBride who really is a legend but perhaps not quite so distinct as some of the others.

Finally there are those magnificent characters like Tosh and Jim Stanard who were so popular with so many fans and are legends in my mind

Morgan has to be a legend. Came in the dark times, stayed with us for a decade and was the leader on the pitch as we started our rise up the Divisions.
