I read or heard somewhere that all group games in the next WC will be decided by penalties if a draw after 90 mins (or possibly ET, not certain).

Anyone else seen anything about the format? I also just read FIFA are now considering abandoning the 3 teams per group format but 48 countries will definitely compete in the 2026 WC. Good Lord 🤦‍♂️
