Palace Tickets

I've just found out that my tickets for Palace haven't been posted despite being charged a delivery fee and the ticket office is now closed. There is a message on the ticket office number advising that tickets can be collected from the away end collection point but I haven't had any notification that I can do this.

Has anyone else had this or have any suggestions?
