how to display a YouTube or Vimeo video...

copy the link to the YouTube video and then press the icon, for a vimeo video select the icon

you'll see this...
[you tube][/youtube]

paste your copied link in-between the YouTube brackets...
[you tube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVLNB3d-2cA[/youtube]

and you should see this...
