John, when you get up and running again, I am watching a brilliant programme on BBC4 called Hop Skip and Jump. It is about kids in the war, evacuation and then on to playing just after the war. As I say when you get free of your present difficulties try getting onto BBC I Player. One part features a London Boy evacuated to Wales.

Thanks Bill - he wasn't born in Battersea and evacuated to Gilwern near Crickhowell was he?
Unfortunately due to copyright laws we can't access BBC programs on-line but I shall ascertain whether our ABC or some other Network has picked it up. Thanks for the heads up. I love programs like that. :045:
