Stephen Humphrys was an enthusiastic and committed junior with a decent goalscoring record. He was given 7 loan spells, in which he continued to show a professional attitude and a decent eye for goal, without ever suggesting he would turn out to be more than a good 2nd/3rd tier performer...Which is what he is, despite last nights 'expert commentator' talking him up as if he were the new Messi.
