I have googled it, but Google don't know.

It feels like a first.

My first port of call was to check Man City's recent seasons, and they done it at the start of 2021-22 and towards the end of 2019-20.

Probably would've been done one or two times by themselves or other teams in the last thirty years.

Newcastle look cooked. Injuries have ruined their depth so the players are exhausted and they have a midweek Champions League game against Milan. That game is there for the taking if we keep up our form.

wow!  a midweek european game normally spells disaster for the coming weekends games for "lesser" clubs with huge squads. maybe grounds to be optimistic?

Agree, there for the taking, the lads need to keep form and assume MS keeps them motivated and on point.  Probably a good time to be playing Newcastle, before the winter window.  Rumors aplenty that Newcastle plans to raid Saudi for a bunch of "loans".  They could be strengthening their club with some big name players?

They know that they must win at all costs against Milan but even then Dortmund might spoil their party by focussing on their faltering Bundesliga form instead of the CL. Could be a lose/lose situation for Newcastle.
