Sorry to hear this news. An integral part of that Clough Forest team that worked miracles to win the League then two European Cups. A great time for English football where a relatively small team like forest could achieve so much. RIP

Seems just a tiny bit personal when these great players and great characters that I grew up with pass away.

Back in the 60's,70's & mid 80's I think I'm right in saying most football fans supported other British clubs in Europe more than today.

The likes of Larry Lloyd may be seen as villain's if playing against your own team but cheered on other occasions.

If you haven't seen it, do watch the film "I believe in miracles" the story of Cloughs Forest team that won 2 European Cups.
Lots of unseen footage and interviews with the likes of Lloyd etc.
We will never see the likes of these players again.
