Anybody seen the attendance figure for yesterday's game please.

I guess 3,000 or so less than it would have been with the Riverside stand fully open.

mrmicawbers

sold out games are currently around the 24,400 odd Ian

Once the Riverside is open our capacity is going to be 29,400 I'm sure I read somewhere.

That being the case, it's costing the club 5,000 ticket sales per match until fully open 😱

Also the sale of more programmes, drinks and hotdogs but more importantly the atmosphere needs a full stadium to be at its best, a half empty stand could be costing home points from time to time.

Cheers. I have all the other attendances but can't find this one. Maybe Liverpool fans stole the receipts!

If anyone's interested Saturday's attendance against the Sparrows was 24,142.

A family of three very loyal fans I know had to leave at half time in order to catch a flight for their Spanish holiday, perhaps we should deduct them from the total.
But then in view of our first half performance there may be others who left at half time in disgust.

At £100 a ticket that's half a million lost in revenue each match (and then drinks etc)

When fully open the Cottage capacity will rise to 28,500.  We have lost 1,000 through re configuring other parts of the ground.

Losing £0.5m a match seems a disaster to most of us and you would think that getting bums on those expensive seats would be a priority. What are we not understanding?, the management seem to be concentrating on fringe activities for the stand.
