Quote from: Whitestone on May 10, 2025, 03:54:36 PMTeam lacking intensity after the goal. Need more fight all across the pitch. We're sleepwalking to the summer. Hopefully they get a bullet up the backside at HT.

Exactly this. We scored and all intensity just disappeared. Strolling about without any purpose and giving the ball away left right and centre. Have they not learned anything from all the points given away? Just completely invited them back into it. Hope he gives them an absolute bollocking at half time. We were the better side by a mile up to that goal and if we'd actually pressed home the advantage we'd be 2 or 3 up. Story of the season.

Painfully predictable. Everton given a boost they didn't deserve. A turn around on the cards unless this Fulham side show what has been lacking for many months.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

He was very good up to the goal but he encapsulates the whole team and prob the worst offender since of just strolling around with 0 purpose. You would have thought that assist would do the opposite. Just defies belief his and the teams intensity since that goal.

Precisely.  All season long, same old song.  Not surprised at all with the equalizer, saw it coming.  Painfully predictable.  Very disappointing.  Bossing the game, score, and go to sleep.....

It's not the players fault.  This is the manager's tactic. Take the lead, then try to control the game, sit back, try to hit on the break. Even though, it has been proved time and time again, that we are better when we try to dominate. So many leads taken, and then lost, with these tactics

He's linked play well enough in the middle , we looked really threatening generally as a team first half but he created by far the best chance and got an assist with a brilliant bit of play.

But unnecessary this tbh.

Beautiful touch in the build up with Iwobi there too. People need to lay off him imo, feels like a couple are chomping at the bit to criticise him

Just F off Pickford. What a goal that would have been.  ::cry::

And I'm here watching him and he isn't having anywhere near as bad a game as you want him to have.

Harry the best player so far
Let's hope he can reward himself with the winning goal

I think that has been an issue for a while but then there is the debate around a socks down, sleeves up captain, a midfield dynamo or maestro or a deep thinker who reads the game and commands absolute respect. Hurlock meets Legwinski meets Coleman meets Hangaland. Can't for the life of me think who fits that bill but the performance so far will certainly add to the 'has Silva peaked' with this team debate as none seem to have evolved into consistently better footballers.

"Want him to have"? Certainly not.
