More than a few tears will be shed when he scores his first comeback goal at the Cottage.

Let's hope he stays injury free and really kicks on now he's back. He's hardly played a game in the last 2 years+. Will take time for him to get upto speed I imagine. May be wise to manage our expectations.

Of course things may turn out differently now in the Premier League, but the way he left the club, signing a new contract and allowing the club to get a decent transfer fee, he at least deserves a chance. Loyalty is such a rare thing with footballers these day.

I find it VERY interesting that the club specifically mentions that he played in a more attacking position on the left-wing during out promotion season. If this is the plan, rather than mainly a backup at LB, I'm actually very excited about this. Hopefully Silva will find a way to utilize his strengths.

I definitely agree about Iwobi's versatility. I guess I just have high hopes for what Sess can bring to the squad. Perhaps too high
