Why all this delay? Do Arsenal and Fulham want a deal or not? - just get on with it and finalise it. It is getting rather pathetic as it should not take this long.

Also, if you seriously want a player, make a realistic offer for him and show you are serious and not a stupid low offer..

The whole of July has been wasted - do we want Andre or not? Only Sessesson so far has signed and he probably wanted to join us anyway.
