I didn't know you were based in Serbia, SL, I always presumed you were over here for some reason!

I've lived in Serbia my whole life actually! That being said, I rarely watch Serbian leagues and I've been watching PL and Championship ever since I began watching football. By far the most entertaining league system in the world!

I don't know why I should be surprised by this, what with you being Serbian and all!

Robinson, Lukic and Iwobi on the bench the only surprises (considering they usually started last season when available).

Edit: No Jimenez at all is also surprising. An injury probably?

Jimenez is probably on extended holiday after the Gold Cup. Robinson also recovering from operation. Lukic probably on the bench so we have a DM for the second half.

I wouldn't be surprised if Marco changed the whole 11 in the second half, so he wanted to have good options for the second half too:

Castagne Diop Cuenca Robinson
Lukic Reed/Ridgeon
Godo Andreas Iwobi
Traore

I see Arsenal just signed Gyokeres. Why didn't we go for Gyokeres when we went up and he was at Coventry? Wish we had taken him and Semenyo who was at Bristol C at the time. Both did really well against us scoring in the championship. We just don't seem to target the championship for some reason. We must find a way to target players with potential for future profit sales rather than 34 year old keepers and older players on huge wages like Sterling. Happy we have locked down our young prospects which is great, but feel like we are missing something with our transfer window strategy.

We didn't really have a chance at signing him since Mitrovic hadn't thrown his toys out of the pram yet and there wasn't really any sign that the Saudis were interested. He wanted to be the main man wherever he went next.

Not sure what it has to do with this friendly though.
