I'd love the Hammersmith end to get another tier, and crucially to drag the toilets into the 21st century.

I am not convinced that increasing our capacity is necessary, having seen the last couple of weekends games in the prem and championship it's worrying seeing the amount of empty seats, I just hope this isn't a trend and the start of attendances tailing off.
It would be great to at least tidy up both ends of the ground and having some purpose built safe standing would keep us in line with other clubs and may help with the atmosphere.
The toilets at the Hammersmith end aren't great, but by all accounts getting to the loos in the riverside  is a nightmare, the loos at Evertons new ground seemed pretty small for the numbers they had to cater for and as per usual on hand dryer so building new stands doesn't seem to always solve the issues.

I stopped going to games because of the cost, and I'm lucky enough to have a decent job. Especially with young kids I find it hard to justify the crazy prices. When I stopped going the most expensive tickets were £50 for London derbies and the "big clubs". Now it looks to be more than double that. Not saying I won't go back, but not yet.

Quote from: Hammer Smith on January 25, 2026, 12:38:25 PMThe new official capacity for Craven Cottage following the Riverside redevelopment is 27,488. Clearly significantly reduced compared to the original estimate. I've no idea why this is much less than previously predicted though.

Perhaps its the huge media building in the Putney End/Riverside quadrant that could have been seats. Presumably the club are being paid lots of money by the media - and more than they would get financially from ticket sales..?

The Hotel on its own could potentially bring in approximately the equivalent of 2000 seats in the old stands.
