I'd still swap Chukwueze and Bobb around

junior white

Bobb seems to be the bright spark right now , quick feet and looking lively

Simply91

Sess having an off day

Carborundum

With  Southampton aiming to counter from our corners and looking dangerous, putting two players in the corner to do one job between them doesn't look the smartest tactic.

Agree, for me he, Reed, TC and Muniz have not been at there best yet today

Steeeeeeeeeed

Very clever play by Reed, unlucky Muniz didn't get that

Rambler

Seeing Marco sulk on the sideline sends an awful message to the team.

You'd never see Pep or Klopp do that,

Fulham 1879

They look more dangerous. Our attacks are too much wing it, cross it, clear it. Need more players making late runs into the 6 yard area.

The Old Count

Quote from: SerbianLad on March 08, 2026, 12:20:53 PMMuniz scored a goal after their gk made a mistake, but the ref said he didn't give him a signal to take the goalkick so it didn't count.
Don't forget we have to have a goal controversially disallowed every game. Premier league rules.

Agree it can do, but you do see pep slouch in his seat at times

ron

Marco shivering and dreaming of his next job in the warm somewhere...?

Woolly Mammoth

Oscar Bob is looking lively as the game progresses.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.

Bobb don't milk being fouled or whine about it. Not sure if that's a good thing

Pep and Klopp's teams were usually winning!

Will ESR come out of hiding? Will Chuk try a one on one? Will Reed play a visionary pass? Nope. Subs at halftime please especially Bassey at LB.

Coastwalker

Poor fare so far.
Sess not for the first time of late, looking poor.

Simunch

I hope things change for the better in the second half.

Southampton would be ahead if they could finish.

SerbianLad

Some good moments in attack, defensively we're struggling a bit. Larin is causing Cuenca and Andersen all sorts of trouble and Sess ans Castagne aren't having their best games either. Reed and TC are getting a bit overrun in the middle too.

I disagree about Muniz being poor as suggested by some. He's won tons of aerial duels and managed to get shots off with limited service. Scored a goal too that perhaps shouldn't have been disallowed.

I think Chukwueze has offered little, but I'd swap him and Bobb around and I think that would solve that issue.

Sess is not a left back. He looks all at sea. His control is terrible

ron

ESR's game seems to consist of two-touch play, and then running into a space where he's not available for the return pass.
