Most of the supermarkets are currently doing 25% off 6 bottles.... here's a good buy:-

ASDA....6 bottles of Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc £6/bottle (currently on offer at £8/bottle - buy 6 to get the 25% off... it's usually around £10:75/bottle)...update...just has a look in Waitrose it's £12/bottle

Southcoastffc

Someone gave me a bottle of Baron de Ley Vina Del Cura Reserva Rioja a few months ago. I enjoyed it so much I found it at Tesco and bought a case.  Currently £10.75 but with 25% off 6 bottles and if you have a Tesco clubcard it drops to about £7.10.
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Glad you mentioned that as I am currently enjoying a nice bottle of The Chocolate Block. Never the cheapest but worth paying a tad more for the taste.

Making  the most of the 25% off offer
Bought a few bottles of Casteleo Portuguese red in the Waitrose Loved & Found range together with a few bottles of Cune Rioja Blanco Reserva.
Both lovely wines
Might go.back for more before offer ends plus a few bottles of Port.

No Waitrose nor Asda here in Ireland but I find Aldi the best of the supermarkets for wine. Their Ross Grande Alberone is about €11 so if they stock it in London shops it should be sub-£10...well worth it

Waitrose include vermouths, port and a great selection of English fizz in there 25% off offer. Also use there Waitrose Cellar site because bizarrely it has a bigger selection than the Waitrose shop site.🍷🍷🍷😊

I'm told the Lidl Deluxe South African Chenin Blanc is excellent at £4:60/bottle (with the 30% off)

What happens to it after that? Do you cut out the middle man and pour it down the drain?!

By the way, it's worth mentioning that although Waitrose do this offer (and I love Waitrose), they disappointingly always remove all other offers when they feature this deal.

The difference with the likes of Tesco and Sainsbury's is that they still retain their clubcard/Nectar offers so you get double discounts when they do the 25% off.

(I'm not sure about the other supermarkets as I don't tend to use them).

I'd ask Mrs H4 - but she's currently passed out

Because I'm incredibly tight...we use every supermarket including Waitrose & M&S...We find a bargain & buy in bulk
