Games for mid-week 08/02

Another game under the lights of Craven Cottage, this time we welcome Millwall

Fulham v Millwall

Well we’re out of the cup, no real surprise against Man City, and we can now concentrate on the league.
Williams looked good, I’m sad to see Odoi go however I don’t think he would have gotten much game time next season.
Carvalho doesn’t look to have been too effected by the transfer saga, only one game I know but he did play well against City and scored our first goal against them in donkeys!
I’m certain that Mitro will be looking forwards to Tuesday evening, although he’s been working really hard for the team, he’s not scored recently, I’m sure he’ll want to break the scoring record sooner rather than later!, surely it can’t be too long before yet another first half hat-trick?

We all know that in the Championship anyone can beat anyone however, our record against Millwall is very good with 5 wins, 1 loss and 3 draws.
Millwall appear to be gaining some better form drawing at Preston last time out and getting a 2-0 against West Brom.

Games for Mid-Week 20/08

Another evening game, this time back at at the Cottage against Millwall.

Fulham v Millwall

Following on from two successful games we now face a visit from South London rivals Millwall.
The second half against Huddersfield showed how good we can be, Ivan Cavaleiro had a mixed game, very average 1st half, unplayable 2nd and what a goal!
Another highlight for me was Steven Sessegnon, what a debut from the young man. After getting an early booking he could have suffered however, as the game went on he looked more and more at home. It’s early days but if Friday night’s performance is anything to go by then he’ll turn into a fine player.

Millwall have won 2, drew 1 so a good start to the season for the Lions. Old boy Matt Smith was on target against Sheffield Wednesday and you just know he’d love to score against us!
