Stay safe everyone. Already 32 in Eastbourne with no breeze whatsoever...
I feel for the all the London residents and those having to use the rails and tubes... must be approaching 40!!
My wife keep bringing through ice cold drinks to me..What a lovely gal she is. ::thumb::
It's also 32° here in phuket Thailand but it's 19:10pm
Better than freezing my nuts off.
And I just think of my next lecky bill.
It's 94 Fahrenheit in Ashtead, Surrey.
I still managed a session on the speed ball, and squat thrusts early this morning. .
Always remember to keep hydrated, plenty of water as that's what Lions drink and they are Kings of the Jungle after me.
Plus a supplement of Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Creatine to name but a few.
Or whatever floats your boat.
Oops I almost forgot, if you value your life, keep away from the Hammy End Ablutions until further notice.
41.5c or 105F down here around the school pool where I work in Weymouth, :)
I cant stand this extreme hot weather! Cant sleep at night and trying to work with a fan on and its unbearable outside.

If you cannot stand the extreme hot weather, try taking it sitting down. It is worth a try.
I sometimes have to work nights as well as days, depending on the job
You just have to improvise.
Imagine how Camels feel, but they manage to cope.
My wife generally fans me down with a giant feather which I would highly recommend.
Please remember the hottest day of the week is SUNday.☀️
Magath couldn't use cheese on players in this heat..

They are Biblical if you don't mind smelling like a Skunk who has been rolling around in hydrogen sulphide for a fortnight.

Similar to here. The forecast is saying 32C at 8pm tonight!

Thought swearing wasn't allowed?
32 on the Camber Sand Riviera, too hot to walk on the beach.
Sitting here in Fulham Alexa has just told me it now 35, although an hour ago it was 36.
Don't bother going in any supermarkets. All the chillers seem to be broke!
Every summer here in the south of the States. Run in the winter, bike in the summer.
And, in seriousness, heat like that is really tough in areas that don't have the HVAC infrastructure for it. Stay hydrated (water, not beer (well, maybe small beer) and cut back on exertion for a bit if possible.
I know the finger will be pointed at fossil fuels, but we used fossil fuels at the turn of the century having pea-soup fogs in London because of the coal burning.
I would look at whats happening in the oceans which purify the Earth's atmosphere. Massive fishing especially from Japan and the Orient has depleted fish stock and led to jellyfish blooms which create an imbalance in the oceans and possibly increase the lack of taking pollution out of the air.

And there's me thinking Nick Bateman only "knows his footie".
Turns out he's only gone and solved global warming too!
I have a plastic/perspex covering at the front of the house which obviously magnifies the temp. but the other day it reached 62C which is as far as my thermometer goes. Currently they are quoting 35C.Pretty standard temp here in Sangkha (pronounced Sankat).

Once lived in osmington (edit: village just outside weymouth), over a summer. What a lovely place during summer!

Plus deforestation in the Amazon which are the planets lungs
We are moving house tomorrow, could hardly have picked more challenging weather conditions!

I am finding this heat unbearable, yet when in Thailand I don't have much of a problem, but I guess sitting by/in a pool with a beer, or in an aircon room helps.

Osmington Mills, had many brilliant camping trips there back in the day
It's 36C in mid-Devon (96.8F) so I've given up on the gardening. Going down to Exmouth this evening, it's only 25C there. Such a difference in a few miles.
Exmouth is a lovely place.
Seems fine in Fulham. A touch humid though and not the weaather for heavy work.
Sitting at 28 now in Eastbourne... a stiffer breeze this afternoon.
Need a massive thunderstorm to clear this humidity...

Just checked apparently it's 32 at this moment.
I really don't like it - I'm fair skinned and have never been able to cope with it. Insects look on me as mobile street food and being bald a hat is a must. I was the kid who used to have to wear a t shirt in the local lido and have never recovered from it . I envy people who can cope and enjoy the sun but I have to retreat to a darkened room and at least have the cricket to watch . Currently 37 degrees outside
