Stay safe everyone. Already 32 in Eastbourne with no breeze whatsoever...

I feel for the all the London residents and those having to use the rails and tubes... must be approaching 40!!

It's 94 Fahrenheit in Ashtead, Surrey.
I still managed a session on the speed ball, and squat thrusts early this morning. .
Always remember to keep hydrated, plenty of water as that's what Lions drink and they are Kings of the Jungle after me.
Plus a supplement of Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc and Creatine to name but a few.
Or whatever floats your boat.

Oops I almost forgot, if you value your life, keep away from the Hammy End Ablutions until further notice.
Its not the man in the fight, it's the fight in the man.  🐘

Never forget your Roots.

41.5c or 105F down here around the school pool where I work in Weymouth, :)
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your home town.

If you cannot stand the extreme hot weather, try taking it sitting down. It is worth a try.
I sometimes have to work nights as well as days, depending on the job
You just have to improvise.
Imagine how Camels feel, but they manage to cope.
My wife generally fans me down with a giant feather which I would highly recommend.

Please remember the hottest day of the week is SUNday.☀️

They are Biblical if you don't mind smelling like a Skunk who has been rolling around in hydrogen sulphide for a fortnight.

Don't bother going in any supermarkets. All the chillers seem to be broke!

Every summer here in the south of the States.   Run in the winter, bike in the summer.

And, in seriousness, heat like that is really tough in areas that don't have the HVAC infrastructure for it.  Stay hydrated (water, not beer (well, maybe small beer) and cut back on exertion for a bit if possible.

I know the finger will be pointed at fossil fuels, but we used fossil fuels at the turn of the century having pea-soup fogs in London because of the coal burning.

I would look at whats happening in the oceans which purify the Earth's atmosphere. Massive fishing especially from Japan and the Orient has depleted fish stock and led to jellyfish blooms which create an imbalance in the oceans and possibly increase the lack of taking pollution out of the air.

And there's me thinking Nick Bateman only "knows his footie".

Turns out he's only gone and solved global warming too!

I have a plastic/perspex covering at the front of the house which obviously magnifies the temp. but the other day it reached 62C which is as far as my thermometer goes. Currently they are quoting 35C.Pretty standard temp here in Sangkha (pronounced Sankat).
