Jesus. Wake the F up. We are useless against a good press.

Questionable team selection again.

You can already see we're not getting anything from this game.

The last month or so has really taken a lot of joy out of this season.

BDR and Reed really just offer nothing to break a good press. We've been reduced to hoofing it long.

We're making palace look like Real Madrid here. Second to absolutely everything. No outlet and our passing is shocking. Absolutely dreadful

Have we strung more than 3 passes together?

Shocking performance so far. Cairney/Lukic and Adama/Willian for two Reeds(Reids) needed soon.

Not enough leaders or warriors on the pitch.

I do not understand why Adama or Cairney do not start let alone Willian.
We are currently so predictable and too many unforced errors caused by bad habits are making us look second best all over the pitch, and we are supposed to be the home team.

Nevertheless whilst it is 0 0 there is a glimmer of hope.

Fulham desperately need Willian on the field. He is the one player that can hold up play and is able to go one-on-one with the defenders.

Don't like Diop matched with Bassey in the back. Where is Tim Ream? Need to pick up the pace in the second half.

If Fulham don't get a result today, I can see them dropping their remaining three games.

Much better last 10. Did the Newcastle tactic. Players need to have a look at themselves for the first 35...not acceptable and shouldn't need a break for Marco to tell them. Let's hope we can build on that last 10 mins or this will be another desperately disappointing performance which we have seen far too much of recently. This match it itself could be worth £3 million for which team finishes higher. Got to raise it.

It's my opinion that when the opposition press hard and fast Reed struggles to get in the game.
He just chases his tail without actually making clean tackles or providing decent passes.

So we have lulled Palace into a false sense of security. Now for Rodrigo to land the sucker punch.

On the bench where he belongs.

As for the first half, thought the first 10 or 15 minutes were just about as poor as our start to the Forest match. Glad to see Leno took some inspiration from Newcastle and we've looked a little better since.

Ream-Bassey partnership was one of the worst cb pairings we had in recent years. Bassey really struggled on the wrong side of the cb pairing and I remember many fans saying he was a sh*t, which obviously wasn't true he was just playing out of position. Neither him nor Ream can play on the right. Besides, I thought Diop did fine apart from almost exclusively choosing to pass it way to safe. The one time he tried a long ball we almost got a great chance. He's not as good of a long ball passer as Tosin generaly, but today he seems to play it extra safe, which is understandable given how long it's been since he last started.

We looked better ever since Leno faked his injury which is something I didn't like at all. It seems like Marco took one out of Eddie Howe's book of cheating and gamesmanship. But I'm not sure if we got any better or if we killed Palace's momentum and they got worse.

We really struggled to keep hold of the ball and as @btffc pointed out, BDR and Reed were the main culprits of this. Adama/Willian + Cairney/Lukic should be the subs made asap in my opinion.

Fortunate to be even at the half.  Some very sloppy play, lots of easy giveaways.  Need to tighten things up.  Willian and Cairney would probably smooth things out?  At some point would like to see Traore.

What a transformation, just goes to show, while it is 0 0 we have a chance.
Now it is 1 0 and that should boost confidence so we can build on it, we have to keep it ticking over as they are bound to come back at us.

Wow. Probably the shortest match day thread ever. I am often called out when footie on so it has become almost normal to catch up with the game near the end or at least after half time. Sometimes there is enough to read to see off a brew.

yeah ive noticed they've been getting shorter and shorter. ive stopped posting on them cos i always have to stop myself moaning about silvas selections and substitutions. ive been getting quite frustrated and disappointed lately. but most people seem happy so im in the minority. i can see a goal either way here.

Fulham cannot finish off games when they have a one goal lead.

Just not true mate. Statistics show we are one of the best in the league at not dropping points when ahead. We were managing the game well and he scored a worldie. It happens on occasions although sick of worldies going in against us this year.

Potentially Reed blocks that but he was injured so no choice. TC has been incredibly effective at seeing out games for most of the season. He scored a frigging screamer. Can't generally legislate for that.

Yep. I predicted t as soon as he made so many changes when we were not really under the cosh. It just disrupts the pattern and for a few minutes the defence hasn't sorted out who does what. I really don't see what he hopes to achieve.

Entirely valid question (Yawn was a rude response). I'm not saying the subs today were the reason we conceded but there have been enough concerns expressed about Marco's substitutions (the lateness as well as the personnel) to justify at least a question mark.
