Title: Imagine, if we sold Bobby to Hull...
Post by: michaelread on February 19, 2010, 07:37:57 AM
Would we be sitting pretty in the PL, and having a real go at Europa?

I think not.

Congratulations Bob, you've won me over.

...well you could say that we don't know who we would have bought with the money, but that aside we have missed BZ when he hasn't been there and that is testimony enough.

Congratulations Bobby, you are now doing your job efficiently...

there's nothing quite so breathtaking as a striker who is seriously on form. I thought his injury would stop his domination, but it hasn't. He's got his flaws, but he is strong and confident and fearless now, and he is making the opponent's game about how are they going to handle him.

Stretches like this never last forever. They wouldn't be remarkable if they did. But I'm enjoying every match until it ends. As for right now, I don't know if there's a national side in the world that could handle an England front line of Rooney and Zamora.

If Zamora maintains this level or near this level of form through the end of the season, he should get his call up. If he does, we can sell him for more than Smalling money in August, and we probably will.
