Looking to head to England and is willing enough to come that he'd play a bit part role at a big club.
Presumably then a club with a good squad in the middle of the league/top half where he could play first team football more frequently would suit him?

I had a dream last night that we signed Michael Owen and he scored shedloads of goals for us.
With guys like him and RVN it's a question of cost and a judgement of fitness and motivation. We're not in a position to make that appraisal.
I had a dream about something else entirely...!
Oh to have a 20+ goal a season merchant in our line-up.
Mr Gilroy is right about the cost and health issues being a question for others to evaluate. I suspect cost (as in weekly wage) alone would be a show-stopper.
If his 'performance' in the semis is anything to go by, then he's well past his best. Don't think he'd do so well without having the refs in his pocket all the time either.
Rather we bought the next Van Nistelrooy than the last one.

I forgot to say that I set up most of the goals for him.
Quite a good dream really.
Van Nistelrooy misses everything he used to excel in. He should stop playing football.

Yes, he's been crap this season. Rather have some young english strikers! :045:
With RVN and Klose up top we'll be unbeatable... :011: :011: :011:
