Title: NFR -- I can't believe I'm asking this
Post by: HatterDon on April 23, 2011, 08:05:15 PM
But I just watched The Undead spank The Cheats, and it occurs to me to ask [all partisanship aside] "Is it possible that Didier Drogba might be the most talented and dangerous player in the Prem since the days of Eric Cantona?"

I stand ready to receive the brickbats -- figuratively, of course.

I agree, hate to admit this but Drogba is an excellent striker. I also rate Lampard.

And Essien, certainly earlier in the season, was by far the most complete midfielder in the league.

What about that David Luiz...

Being non-religious, can I visit you from time to time? I'll promise to bring some Chardonnay to make your stay more comfortable. :)

Drogba is an excellent striker. He just has an awful choice in picking his teams.

Drogba, I have said for a long long time, is the complete forward at the point, big, fast, strong, accurate, passionate. If only he could curb his anger sometimes he would be the best player in the world.
