Considering our hectic fixture schedule of late, and following an undoubtedly taxing mid-week game in Donetsk, I think a point away from home at Sunderland (in a game that was billed 'must win' for our opposition today) is a very credible result and extends our unbeaten run in the league to 5 games.
Also appears as though wev'e recovered from January's defensive hiatus, and we once again look very difficult to beat/break down - which is obviously very satisfying.
Now the team get a much-deserved break before potentially the biggest game of our season against the Yids this coming Saturday.
Very good result today! I will take the point and we move up a place in the table. Not a bad day when that happens. I will take a win or tie on the road anyday. 9th place and we are coming up on 8th place real quick. One more win and a Birm loss and we can take over 8th.
