Hi FoF

I can't find our season tickets anywhere. Has anyone had the experience of turning up on matchday without your stadium access card? If you have your ID and customer reference details, is it pretty straightforward to get into the Cottage, or is this going to be a total disaster...?

I've tried calling various numbers to ask the club today, but all the offices (except for straightforward credit card bookings) are closed.

You will have to go to the ticket office with proof of ID , they will issue you with tickets for the game and you have to pay £ 5 each for replacement cards
