The Fulham keeper had to be at his best in the early exchanges against Wigan. Two first-class saves from the Aussie in the first half made him look a formidable obstacle and gave his side the confidence to push on and win away from home.
Did you know? Schwarzer kept his 134th Premier League clean sheet, the fourth highest total of any goalkeeper in the Premier League's history.
Outstanding work Schwarz! Any idea who is above him? (Assuming VDS, Schmeichel, Cech)
All I could find was this from a quiz which must refelct things from the end of the 08/09 season because Petr Cech has played another 83 Prem Games since these were done which must account for two full season plus the start of this one. I don't think he has been particulalry strong in clean sheets in that time though.

I'm incredibly surprised that David James is at the top, and somehow I actually completely forgot that David Seaman had ever even existed!!
Still, it's a pretty impressive record.

Looking forward another 10 years: Thats all well and good, but he is 50 odd years old and its time Stockdale (now in his late 30's) replaced him.
