Fantastic performance by Fulham. Ok, Cannavaro got sent off, but Fulham were already in control, and could have had a couple of penalties by then. They simply outplayed Juventus, with brilliant positioning, pace and a mix of fast flowing football, and long balls towards Zamora and Gera. All the offensive Fulham players were great, but Duff stood out. Back to his best, it seems. And what a match winning goal by Dempsey. Truly brilliant. Michael Laudrup was the expert co-commentator, and said of Fulham´s play, that had it been a Spanish team, people would have made the world of it. They might not say the same about Fulham, but Fulham deserve all the praise they can get. Makes me feel a bit ashamed by our lame performance against Inter. Well done and congrats. Cheers!
I really think all those fans of other clubs on the teamtalk thingy deserve our thanks for their kindness in taking the time to praise our team's efforts this evening. To be honest, I never have congratulated other clubs for their achievements.
