Title: NFR - What a real shite
Post by: finnster01 on May 09, 2012, 01:51:46 PM
From the Beeb:

HOCKEY
Great Britain's men have avoided a meeting with controversial Argentina midfielder Fernando Zylberberg later this month after he was omitted from the national squad. Zylberberg was shown in an advert running in the Falklands capital Port Stanley and on the island's Great War Memorial. The advert carried the tagline: "To compete on British soil, we train on Argentinian soil." Argentina's National Olympic Committee distanced itself from the advert.

I didn't want to post that video here (saw it) not to arouse any political discussion. Must say that it was badly made and not convincing at all ;-)

Unfortunately we are going to see more of these cheap politics, made by a bunch of (put the correct adjective describing people you despise) politicians during the Olimpic Games. They really have no respect whatsoever for the heroes that fought and died for their countries. An absolut disgrace
