2008/09 Liverpool did it if I recall correctly.
Would be interesting to see where England would rank in the fair play league if you took QPR & their 9 red cards out of the equation

Personally I think it's a blessing that we aren't in Europe this season.
No interest in Europa pre qualifiers again..this is not be disparaging about the tournament as a whole as I like it but not when it takes 8 games to get to the group stages.
