...Finn's funeral is today, the times shown above are the times of locations relevant to places where he lived. Wherever you may be around this globe at your time, just spare a thought, a moment to remember a sadly missed member of this forum who impacted upon us in so many ways.
RIP Finn...
I propose an hour of total board silence at 3pm in respect of Finnster.
Good bye and god bless finnster01

...a nice thought ddeuce, but it should be down to personal choice and nobody should be villified for posting during that time...
They went with songs to the battle, they were young.
Straight of limb, true of eyes, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted,
They fell with their faces to the foe.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.

A man I never met as I imagine is the case with more than a few fellow members.
However his loss has left a mark and he will be missed. Its just hasnt been nor will it be the same without the fiery posts, dark humour and staunchly stubborn views. Nor will there ever be another day where a PM recieved that just makes me laugh.
RIP Finn - Thanks for all the memories

When Finn moved to NY, I suggested in a thread if he is ever near Boston, meet for a pint to talk Fulham. He reciprocated, if I was to be in NY.Unfortunately that never happened.
I am not religious in any way, but think there could be scientific theory of a parallel universe. I hope there is, and if so, see you on the other side mate. (but you will have to wait a while for that)!
RIP.
RIP God bless.....

Very Fitting... thanks to All members for contributing in so many ways to this tribute...
RIP Finn. It has taken me a while to come to terms with this; the board won't be the same without him. As a long time reader rather than contributor, it will be odd that threads will no longer have the views of the eagle avitar.
I've never met him, but I feel like I've lost a friend.
My condolences to the family on this sad day

RIP, indeed, Mr. Finn.
Farewell Finn.
I was not able to attend as matters beyond my control meant that I was unavoidably detained. I'll simply say farewell and RIP.
