Title: Preditions for season....top4 and bottom 3...

Bottom 3.....Wigan (their time has come), Norwich and West Ham.

top4........chelsea  075.gif manutd  mancity  arsenal .

reasons....chelsea brought in some great talent.
                united did too (rvp) but midfield is stale.
               mancity.. ..is mancity.
               arsenal......always make top 4.
