When I heard Duff was out I assumed Dejagah would be still on the bench due to fitness and being eased in so I hoped to see Kasami on the right instead it was Rodallega, Jol is a top manager I don't doubt him but surely someone with the talent of Kasami would have benefited from a start Saturday, surely now he feels he has no chance of 1st team football with us now ...
He probably does feel that way but that will be because Jol hasn't been impressed enough.
The right culture is one where players force their way into the team not Buggins turn or playing kids because they might do OK.
