Title: England U21's at an all time low in The Premier League

Bit on the BBC saying how there are less England U21 players in the top flight than there ever has been. Manchester City, Chelsea, Swansea, Stoke and Wigan failing to field an English player under 21 all season.

But for the life of me, I can't think of who Fulham would have fielded as an English player U21 this year. The only one I can think of is Matthew Briggs when he got some games early in the year, but he's 22 and would have been 21 back then (does he count)?

Does anybody know who it might have been?

Frimpong before he switched allegiance to Ghana

or Alex Smith a 90th minute substitute against WBA

Anyone else?

Alex Smith, that must be it. I was on holiday for that game so that's why it didn't register
