Well, I took a nice break from the forums over the summer, but with the new season kicking off this Saturday I have been dragged back into the fold :028:
I must admit to being a little worried about the season though. Not so much because of the lack of signings, as there is still time, but the fixture list.
It looks like our season may be front loaded, with all the easy games at the end of the season. My worry is that Fulham will not get off to a great start and the confidence of the team might take a hit before we get to the easier games, almost like a self fulfilling prophesy. If we start at the bottom, we might struggle to climb from there.
The good news is, our first game of the season is against Sunderland, so if we can take 3 points there, then it will perhaps be enough to avoid getting to close to the bottom to early.
