we have scored 3 goals in 5 games, only 1 of them goals being from a striker.

Not good enough. Not offensive, and our defensive tactics are clearly poor.
It is nothing to do with tactics it is about the quality of players on the pitch. How can we compete with teams like Chelsea? You can make statistics say whatever you like, The only one that counts is the one that says Goals for and Goals against

Actually, the entirety of soccer is based on chance creation. Goals for and against are byproducts of that. Everyone converts at relatively the same rate.

According to Jol, we have the best Fulham side ever or whatever, but we go to a place where we got a point in each of the last three seasons and suddenly we should have no expectation of anything? It's all circular babbletalk.
