Ajax.................... wow
took a short corner, 3 passes later its with their keeper
passing it around the back going nowhere, no urgency, no panic no desire to go forward or move quickly.
Is this Jol's lasting impact on them? Has that always been Ajax philosophy? (I've never really watched them before so I don't know) it should also be said im not particularly anti-Jol
Its just an interesting observation/ insight into our problems
Ajax sacked Jol because he didn't adhere to there philosophy.
Would Ajax like Jol back ..... to improve their negative tactics? :021:

The truth has its rights. Jol left Ajax himself because there was a lot of tension within the governing board of the club.
Come now Mr Sipwell, why let a little thing like truth get in the way of a chance to have a little dig at Jol?

Old farts like me will tell you that there was a time when Ajax played the most exciting, flowing football ever seen.
